Diving With a Local - Point Whitney

It had been decades since my last experience diving - and that was in a tropical environment. Who knew that it would be fun to dive just down the road at Point Whitney in Brinnon. Thanks to Katherine O'Leary-Cole from Pallin' Around Charters and Ashley Arnold from Jade Scuba for making this possible. www.jadescubaadventures.com people/Pallin-Around-Charters-Hood-Canal/

Everyone was hit hard by the pandemic. Making goofy videos of with a tech-aided social isolation band playing policy parody songs is how I coped... or failed to. The songs dates itself back to the middle of 2020 with reference to R-Naughts and Phase 3 - it seems like so long ago, and yet seems so current. It is to the tune of the folk song Cluck Old Hen. This was one of the first songs I played...
I Walk That Line

I made this parody of Johnny Cash's "I Walk the Line" for the first Board of County Commissioners meeting of 2023.
District 3, District 3 (won't you please vote for me)
Переглядів 2102 роки тому
It might not be automatic for all candidates, but one of the first things I think in a new campaign is... let's write a song! So, I got the Pandemic Band back together for one more shot. Here is a song for the primary as I run for re-election as the Jefferson County District 3 Commissioner on the Olympic Peninsula. I put subtitles on it for clarity, but here are a few notes to dive deeper and a...
The Quilcene School Bond Vote is April 26th
Переглядів 2472 роки тому
The Quilcene School District is asking voters to approve a $12.3 million bond for construction of a new elementary school, a new Career and Technical Education building, an improved weights room and improvements to athletic fields. The bond, if approved with a 60 percent supermajority, would replace a capital levy now in place. This is an informational video made to illustrate what the school d...

Jefferson County Community Forestry
Переглядів 792 роки тому
We hear a lot of concern over many forest practices that we at the county don't control. One thing we can do is pilot innovative and triple bottom line programs like the Community Forestry program highlighted here and help to forge a new path of sustainable and resilient forest management. this program doesn't clearcut, doesn't use glyphosate, and generates less revenue than standard forest pra...

Permit Pit Privies

I made this social commentary parody of the great Rolling Stones song, Paint It Black, in an attempt to get the Jefferson County Board of Health to go along with looking at some low cost, low water, on-site sewage options. The technology failed me in presenting it. I presented the video with very bad color correction, and no one agreed. It was an epic fail, but I haven't given up on lowering ba...
House Bill 1590
Переглядів 2002 роки тому
I wrote and recorded this song with Sage as part of my Chair's introduction to the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners' Public Hearing on HB 1590 and adding 1/10 of 1% sales tax for affordable housing. The hearing happened in late 2020, and with near universal support we passed the tax. The first $600,000 in revenue collected filled a big gap in the funding for the 7th Haven affordab...
This Is Our Shot

The first song request of my political career. I helped Public Health create a series of "Why I Got Vaccinated" testimonials, and they suggested mine in verse. This was from the Spring of 2021. Sage and I are playing this song to the tune of Wildwood Flower.
Blue is Recycling, Red is Garbage
Переглядів 3412 роки тому
Unfortunately, this video we made to promote Jefferson County's recycling is getting stale. We'll have to make a new version with some cards turned from blue to red. Would be great to have researchers come to Australia to search for Austrlian yowie bigfoof. So many reports so much land to cover here
Appears to be a nice young man 👨.
woo
This is the absolute most believable witness to me, not saying that I don't believe any one else's accounts but this man believes he had an encounter!!
Well, sir that is one way to butcher a great song, i understand each musician has there own style, but that was a disgrace.
They're not just covering up Sasquatch they're covering up the supernatural paradigm.
So did he run through the bushes? He didnt finish the story.
Is this part of a longer interview?
Crap weeds and inappropriate trees left after logging.
Fabulous musicians in the time of idiots that don't appreciate real music or history... These two should be hard to book but "Americans" don't know music.
I lived on Harstine Is for seven or eight years I served for the fire dept as a volunteer EMT. I was a night shifter at an ER. I would leave my windows open on hot summer nights because I was awake. I remember hearing call and thinking what the Hell is that? That kicked off my passion for cryptids.
How did you get this??
You need to catch bigfoot
Thank you for interview. I saw Rich on A Flash of Beauty and thought it was one of the most believable accounts I’ve ever seen. It was good to hear more detail
I have a good friend in Putney, SW6, called Vere. His nephew flies Canadian rescue Choppers in Summer and he skiis in Winter. He reckons the forest people are Everywhere and no-one blinks twice anymore, No biggie. Society is Blind.
How credible do you think mindspeaking is to the Sasquatch study?
This sounds exactly like what Scott Carpenter explains...
Except the Sasquatch didn’t follow him to his home….that’s what gets me every time I watch this, bc I know this guy is telling the truth.
Love to have an experience
I believe you 100% Your explanation of what you've experienced is very compelling.
The real deal
This guy was interviewed on expedition bigfoot also.
Next time, check for any UAP/UFOs sightings near by. There seems to be a connection with Sasquatch and UAPs. Then he describes having the hitchhiker effect post incident, also pretty telling.
Germeau’s point was loud and clear, and I’m sorry you missed it….he said *he’s never going to try to involve himself in looking for or trying to photograph Sasquatch ever again.* He lives on an island, *and the Sasquatch knows where he lives.* It’s so damned easy to give directions for “next time” to people who’ve been in situations where they think they’re gonna die, as though they got secret photos of a celebrity or something instead of an _enormous_ Sasquatch, but what we’ve seen is soul shaking, life changing terror, OK?? I didn’t see a Sasquatch, but I was rooted to the ground in utter primal terror of what I was seeing 15-20 feet away from me. Believe me when I tell you, _THERE WAS NEVER GOING TO BE A “NEXT TIME,” for me, and I’m sure I can speak for Germeau, too!!_
two friends from Taholah and i were on the Quinault beach and both friends werent near me but I could see them. we were looking for seaglass. then we all met up quickly and I said were you guys throwing rocks at me. they said no. all three of us knew it was time to get off the beach and sasquatch and his family were telling us its time for us to go... never crawled so fast up the eroded beachwall and ran to my car
go to ENCOUNTERS WITH THE SASQUATCH and Native Beliefs and bigfoot. Rich has the same descriptions as Tom. i really respct for Rich that he doesnt search for bigfoot now. What a great stoyteller you are. Rich who were the police here in La Push those yrs. I lived in Anaheim then. lol a Gene Sampson incident . i know that Hoh lol
Wow. I know this is true. I live in La Push and when I was a teenager me and three friends were walking by the same exact area and heard the weirdest howl ever. The four of us took off running. I had a broken toe and I remember hearing the metal toe brace hitting the pavement. Never was so scared in all my life.
Cool
Wow. The music and singing gave this such a Pacific Northwest dimension
One of the most believable accounts I've ever heard. The movements he describe sound a lot like the creature in the Lettuce Lake, FL footage.
This seems like a clip, where's the full video?
I have been in this exact scenario as far as the feelings and sensory overload being experienced in this incident and it stopped way short of what transpired here. Ofcourse I will never know but in a way I'm glad it happened that way. The sound of aggravation that was mentioned may be something not heard by those that would be a subject in an episode of Missing 411. Subtle warnings and sounds may have been just enough to display that they would let one walk today. What was an eerie moment could have been a worse moment, or not. Theres no way of knowing just yet or is there?
I don't know if it's infrasound or pheromones or 'mindspeak' or something weirder, but it is real. I had a similar experience in Wyoming and it was the most terrifying moment of my life. I was fumbling for car keys while running and thinking I might not live if i can't get to the car and speed away fast enough. The thing stopped at the edge of the woods and I don't think it was going to actually harm us. They are just really good at intimidating people. Not sure the mechanism of how they do it, but it is a deep, primal, dread that we feel. Surely a survival instinct, and probably a good idea to listen to your gut in these types of interactions when they clearly don't want you there. Fortunately they seem to be mostly harmless. Even when they throw rocks and limbs, they never actually hit the person but nearby like at their feet. I think they just want to avoid contact with us, and maintain their privacy. They don't seem to want us to find their homes or disturb their families. Their home is the outdoors.
I'm actively looking for a habituation site, and do not intend to share it once its found
I love reading people's encounter's in the comments. Thank you for posting them. Do us one favor though, use paragraphs please. I know it's just youtube and not a grammar contest but it's hard to read without line breaks/paragraphs. Thanks again for posting your comments/encounters!

My cat didn't come home a couple years ago and when I was calling for him I heard a very strange sound that was not a coyote and didn't sound like a cougar. I live on the south end of Harstine. I like to think my cat lives with Bigfoot now. Better than other possibilities in my mind.
How much are we paying Steve Murakami?
This answers all the concerns and is helpful.
This doesn’t answer concerns. The crack in the bricks does nothing to the structure because the bricks are a facade/siding and are not structural. The Foundation and crawl space is in great shape. The floor is solid.
I enjoyed the crack in the bricks; it didn't raise concerns for me.
71 years and no issues, we can wait for a better bond. It is needed, but this bond costs too much. Oakville is building a 14,600 sq ft school building for $4.6 million. Wa state will fund $1.4 million. Which means tax payers should be on for $3.2 million max. $12.3 million + interest is $18,711,000. We’ll pay more in interest than Oakville for the entire building... this bond is a joke and Steve is the one pulling wool over the eyes of Frank and the school board and staff. Steve benefit$, we don’t get a bond... we get Bondage.
bondage can be a good thing. ;)
Still waiting for 31% state funds to drop the bond price down to $8.4 million. Why front fund the whole project if it won’t be built in two years anyway? If QSD front funds the whole project through the bond, will the $3.8 million from the state be used to pay down the bond? It would save us $3.8 million in principal and $2 million in interest.
They will project that feeling of dread on people, trust your instinct, also mimmick animal sounds very well. They will follow you, and mindspeak to you. What you're looking for is the furthest thing from an ape
We were camping in a park near the location he is talking about. He defines it better in the Sasquatch Chronicles UA-cam channel. We heard a huge animal lurking near our campsite that sounded like a huge bear or a cow but those don't exist in the parks there.
This was posted 4 years ago and I can tell you now, I believe every word he said. I have never encountered them or they personally but because of my gifts I've always known of their existence. Humans want to belive that the physical is it. However, those that are awakening the sprititual veil is being lifted. I'm not sure if I would call his encounter a blessing but he's surely awake now. My curiosity is growing but at the same time I respect nature and all of her fauna.
Wow! What a great short video! I’d absolutely love to see more from you, Sonya! What a talented and beautiful woman! I have several incidents I have written from several reputable people that I’d love to share with you! Thank you!
I get the feeling this gentleman has Native American heritage. Sasquatch can communicate without words, so pay attention when you get a certain feeling out there.
So cool that we share the same UA-cam name yet are so different in our channels! Beautiful music!❤
It would be interesting to reach out to some of the Indigenious Knowledge of local Tribes and see what practices they have found are successful in this area-- cleaning out the dead trees were found out NOT to be helpful in streams where we are know relearning how to introduce large organic debris( big blow down trees). . . Also working with Arno when he was with WSU we were able to train lots of landowners on forest stewardship - would be great to re-introduce him to these management approaches. . congrats on an interesting project- thanks for the video
Not sure how I got subscribed to this channel. But, anyway, did you see a bigfoot? Good job getting fixed up and doing better. You're mighty cute!
The summit of that mountain offers great views! An awesome date. (They did not mention you can drive to the top.)
I’ve got one of Mels books that he signed for me, he mentions my Grandfather Dick Barber in it… Tobey Butler
